    Booking Policy

    Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

    Booking Process

    To confirm your safari or Kilimanjaro climb booking, we require:
  • A signed booking form with all traveler details
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost
  • Copy of valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from travel date)
    • The remaining balance (70%) is due 60 days prior to your arrival date in Tanzania.

    Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Bank wire transfer (preferred)
    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) - 3.5% processing fee applies
    • PayPal - 4% processing fee applies

    Cancellation Policy

    We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    More than 90 days before departureDeposit forfeited
    60-90 days before departure50% of total cost
    30-60 days before departure75% of total cost
    Less than 30 days before departure100% of total cost
    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

    Changes to Your Booking

    If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking:

    • Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and supplier policies
    • An amendment fee of $100 per change may apply
    • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

    Travel Insurance

    Travel insurance is mandatory for all our guests. Your policy must include:
  • Medical coverage (minimum $100,000)
  • Emergency evacuation coverage (minimum $50,000)
  • Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
  • For Kilimanjaro climbers: coverage up to 6,000 meters altitude
