GREEN SEASON SAFARI

Ndutu Calving Season – December to February

Experience one of Africa's most extraordinary wildlife spectacles on this Green Season safari, focused on the Ndutu Triangle, tucked between the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the southern Serengeti.

This region is world-famous for the Great Wildebeest Calving Season, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle gather to give birth, attracting an intense concentration of predators and creating unmatched game-viewing opportunities.

Designed for true wildlife enthusiasts and photographers, this itinerary allows you to slow down, stay longer in one area, and witness nature unfold naturally. Rather than rushing between parks, you'll spend quality time as a silent observer of the savanna's most dramatic moments—newborn calves taking their first steps, coordinated predator hunts, and vast herds stretching to the horizon.

Fewer crowds, lush green landscapes, dramatic skies, and soft light during the green season create exceptional opportunities for predator action, newborn wildlife, and photography.
