WALKING SAFARI
Our Tanzania Trekking and Wonders of the Ngorongoro adventure is the very epitome of getting off the beaten track. This adventure takes you on foot through the volcanic landscapes of northern Tanzania, traveling through areas that are impossible to reach by road.
In seven days and six nights, you will experience the Tarangire National Park, misty forests and rolling hills, ancient craters and the noble Maasai who inhabit the area.
Our seven days 'Ngorongoro Highlands Adventure' tour is definitely the choice for those whose perfect day begins and ends in a campsite under African skies. In between, our daytime trek takes us first from Bulati to beautiful Empakaai, with its stunning views down over its crater lake and to the mighty volcanoes beyond. And all the time, we soak up the culture of the Maasai, our most famous tribes people.

Night 1: Planet Lodge or Kibo Palace (Arusha)
Your journey begins in comfort at Planet Lodge or Kibo Palace, Arusha, where lush tropical gardens on a private coffee estate offer a serene welcome and whisper of what the wild holds in store.
Night 2: Kudu Lodge (Tarangire)
Deepening into the heart of Tarangire's wilderness, Kudu Lodge awaits. Here, 'slow safari' becomes reality: wander with Maasai guides, photograph elephants up close, and unwind in unhurried luxury that restores your sense of wonder.
Nights 3–5: Comfortable Trekking Camps
You will spend three nights trekking, with accommodation in comfortable camps that take you back to the original spirit of travel.
Night 6: Lake Natron Lodge
Upon arrival at Lake Natron, you will stay overnight in a comfortable lodge, giving you time to relax and unwind after the trek before your final day and transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
